More songs, stories …and fiddle tunes!! Since Saturday 21st March, we have been broadcasting a Dougie concert every second day … so tonight is number 30! We hope the concerts are still helping everyone though the varying degrees of lock-down in these continually unusual, difficult and worrying times. I think it’s time to remind ourselves again of our global connection and just HOW MANY new friends we have all made in Scotland and all over the world through these broadcasts. It’s definitely rekindled the connection Dougie and I have with concert and festival-goers and enthusiasts for Dougie’s music everywhere….and we welcome all those who have joined us somehow from countries that we have never managed to visit (yet!). These wee concerts, live and online, are definitely carrying on (though not quite as often) so keep tuning in on Wednesday and Saturdays after tonight.
We continue to have a remarkable number of views and truly lovely comments from viewers of all ages. So come and join us live for 30 minutes at 8pm….or you can watch it later if you prefer. Please spread the word to friends and family if you think they would enjoy the music... and keep looking after yourselves and each other!
If you have any issues viewing the show tonight on Facebook you could try watching live on Youtube or Vimeo instead. We will post the direct links just before the show starts on Dougie’s Facebook page https://www.facebook.com/Dougie-MacLean-158324834220405/
