The Perthshire Amber Festival 2009 was featured 17th Dec 09 on BBC Radio Scotland's Travelling Folk programme with presenter Archie Fisher. Dougie Awarded THE Tartan Clef Award 2009 for "Caledonia" |

December 10th 2009 Dougie was thrilled to receive his Award at the prestigious event in the SECC on Friday 27th November. He was presented with the award by Michael Russell MSP and was invited to perform "Caledonia" with the Homecoming House Band which featured Greg Kane (Hue & Cry) on keyboards, Tommy Cunningham (Wet, Wet, Wet) on drums, Nico Bruce (Jack Bruce) on bass and Billy Rankin (Nazareth) on electric guitar. |
