DUNEP032...A 20 minute Song Cycle with moody instrumental backing. This composition was first commissioned for performance at Celtic Connections 2007 by the Dougie MacLean Acoustic Band. Following it's enthusiastic reception Dougie and Jamie MacLean recorded the fascinating Muir of Gormack at Butterstone Studios. One of the songs, The Place which includes the line "We breath with the wind..." has been widely performed by Dougie and is often requested at concerts.
